A 14-year-old American high school football player has gone viral after posting a shirtless workout photo flaunting his jaw-dropping physique.

Tyler Parker is a 185cm, 136kg defensive lineman for Santa Margarita Catholic High School in Southern California that has already caught the eye of numerous top college football programs.

Despite still having four more years of high school ahead of him, Parker has already received Division 1 offers from the likes of Arizona, Portland State, Incarnate Word and Virginia University of Lynchberg.

He has also made unofficial visits to college football powerhouses such as LSU, Texas A&M Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Texas and Jacksonville State.

It comes as no surprise the teenager is drawing such attention given his eye-catching testing numbers for a player of his age and size.

According to his Hudl page, Parker can run a 4.90 second 40-yard dash, bench press 84kgs for 25 reps and deadlift 188kgs.

His play on the field appears to back up the numbers Parker has put down on paper, with his representative Brandon Collier of Premier Players International labelling him ‘the best 14-year-old DT in the World!!!’.

Parker’s power and speed for his size has already seen him being likened to Aaron Donald of the Los Angeles Rams. Shockingly, Parker already weighs more than the reigning Super Bowl Champion.

While Parker is drawing comparisons to one NFL star, he also managed to catch the eye of another, with Baltimore Ravens defensive end Calais Campbell describing him as a ‘beast’ with the potential to be ‘special’.

Campbell was like many others left in awe of Parker, after his original tweet prompted a hilarious stream of responses from gobsmacked football fans.

One fan joked that Parker’s baby formula was a ‘protein shake’, while another said that Parker ‘was 14 maybe 14 years ago’.

Parker started for Santa Margarita’s Varsity team as a freshman last season, but is set to feature more prominently during his sophomore year.
