Nick Kyrgios has reportedly been sliding into Rita Ora's DMs after an ugly break-up with girlfriend Chiara Passari.

Kyrgios and Passari are believed to be no more after a series of explosive social media posts were published in recent weeks.

The Aussie tennis star's relationship with Passari had been at the centre of multiple rumours, however the saga took an explosive twist last week.

Passari posted a screenshot of messages she seemingly received from Kyrgios.

“Hahaha you got a dude there hahahaha," Kyrgios allegedly wrote.

"Too good. You disgust me … haha. So good. Enjoy your life hshshs."

But according to the Daily Telegraph, Kyrgios has been trying to bounce back with British pop star Ora.

Ora is in Australia filming The Voice and will also appear at the Mardi Gras parade in Sydney on Saturday.

And according to the Telegraph's 'Sydney Confidential', Kyrgios has been “sliding into Rita’s DMs.”

For those not in the know, DMs are direct messages on social media.

“It’s not something Rita is taking seriously,” a source from the The Voice told the publication.

“It’s been a bit of flirtatious banter, nothing more and certainly nothing Rita is serious about.”

Nick Kyrgios' messy split with Chiara Passari

Passari first sparked rumours of trouble in paradise with Kyrgios when she posted a cryptic social media meme in the week before the Australian Open.

“Cheaters always want you to be loyal while they’re being unfaithful," she wrote, without naming Kyrgios.

However she was then spotted watching Kyrgios at the Australian Open and posted a loving message to her man for Valentine's Day.

"I have learnt a lot and am also learning a lot about myself since meeting you,” she wrote alongside a photo of the pair.

“There will always be struggles but as long as that magic and those unforgettable experiences are there it’s all worth it.

“Happy belated Valentine’s. I love you.”

Kyrgios also wrote a sweet message to Passari on a camera lens after a win at the Australian Open.

However things turned sour from there when Passari again hinted the relationship was on the rocks.

Posting a photo of herself laughing while watching Kyrgios from the stands, Passari wrote: "Laughing at myself for believing a..."

She also reportedly asked her followers if anyone had attended Melbourne nightclub OneSixOne in the past three weeks, where Kyrgios posted a photo from last week.

She has also deleted her Valentine's Day post about Kyrgios.

Kyrgios and Passari have been together since last year.

He previously dated fellow players Ajla Tomljanovic and Anna Kalinskaya.
