'His fault': Fans mock Rafa Nadal after 'savage' interview
Fans have shared a laugh after Rafael Nadal's humble nature accidentally came across as 'unintentional savagery' in his post-match press conference at Monte Carlo.
On a day Dan Evans stunned World No.1 Novak Djokovic, Nadal made no such mistakes and breezed past friend and rival Grigor Dimitrov in stunning fashion 6-1, 6-1 to reach the quarter-finals of a tournament he has won a record 11 times.

The beloved Spaniard is known for his humble nature towards opponents and in the media room through out his storied career.
But the 20-time Grand Slam champ's English came across as 'unintentionally savage' when the Spaniard was just showing sympathy for Dimitrov.
In one of his quickest ever matches at Monte Carlo, Nadal was surprised how easy he breezed through the formidable opponent.
"On paper, Dimitrov today is going to be a big test, then the situation was a little different," the humble Spaniard said.
"Sorry for Grigor," Nadal said.

"He played a very bad match, that’s the truth. I did the right things but the score is his fault."
Nadal was attempting to be humble and take the shine off how well he performed during the Monte Carlo match.
This prompted fans to share a laugh over Nadal's comments.

Dimitrov suffers during Nadal match
A reporter later revealed Dimitrov was suffering with a tooth ache and was struggling to sleep during the tournament.
Nadal sympathised with his friend and praised him for his gutsy effort.
"I didn't know that, now I understand little bit more. He was playing too aggressive and without rhythm. Sorry for him, I wish him all the best and as I said he is a great guy and a good friend," Nadal added.
"He didn't tell me that. That shows you how good guy he is."
Meanwhile, World No.1 Djokovic suffered his first defeat of 2021 after British star Dan Evans produced the 'biggest win of his career'.
Evans, whose first-round win had been his first on clay at tour level for four years, had never beaten a top-six player before - but he put on a brilliant performance against a below-par Djokovic to win 6-4, 7-5 on Thursday.
