The Jazz and Bucks coughing up big leads hurt us yesterday, so the result was just 2-3.

Today is a sad day with only two games on. But, let’s see what is available.

Minnesota Timberwolves @ New York Knicks

It’s a back-to-back for the Knicks, but they do have the advantage of being at home.

However this Minnesota team has shown to be quite strong. The Wolves only being favoured by 3.0 points is a little odd. I think they cover.

I am also thinking there might be some points scored, so the game total, which is 214, looks good.

D’Angelo Russell has been playing more off-ball, so his assists haven’t always been high, but he has had double digits in four of his last five games.

I think he can rack them up again and the line is only 6.5 and the over is paying $1.75 on Sportsbet.

Best bet: Handicap betting - Wolves -3

Best bet: Game Total - Over 214

Best bet: Player assists - Russell over 6.5

Detroit Pistons @ Golden State Warriors

Cory Joseph has been playing a lot of minutes and scoring well. His points line on TAB is just 8.5, with overs paying $1.75.

Given how Dwane Casey has been using him and the fact it could be a blowout, I expect Joseph to exceed that.

Cade Cunningham has proven to be a solid rebounder, so I like looking at his rebound line, which is low at 4.5. The over is paying $1.85.

Best bet: Player points - Joseph over 8.5

Best bet: Player rebounds - Cunningham over 4.5
