NBA betting: Best bets for Tuesday's basketball action
De’Aaron Fox getting ejected certainly didn’t help his points over, so the day ended 2-3.
Some of the games today have already taken place, such is life in Australia when MLK day is on, but let’s look at what is to come and see what we can get.
Milwaukee Bucks @ Atlanta Hawks
The Hawks have been struggling in a big way and they have to take on Milwaukee without Clint Capela and Bogdan Bogdanović.
Sure, Milwaukee has no Jrue Holiday or Brook Lopez, but the edge has to go to the Bucks.

'NASTY': Fan horror over NBA reporter's sickening fall
The thing with the Hawks is that they haven’t only just been losing, they have been comfortable losses. So, Milwaukee being favoured by just 5.5 points makes me want to go with the Bucks.
I am also looking at Giannis Antetokounmpo’s rebound line, which on TAB is set at 12.5. It’s too high. I’ll go under, which pays $1.72.
Best bet: Handicap betting - Bucks -5.5
Best bet: Player rebounds - Antetokounmpo under 12.5
Utah Jazz @ Los Angeles Lakers
The Lakers are fresh off a drubbing by the Nuggets, yet they are only 4.5 point underdogs to the Jazz - a very, very good team.
That stinks, but I am not falling for any sort of reverse trap mind game nonsense.
The Lakers are garbage and should get pumped.
Best bet: Handicap betting - Jazz -4.5
Oklahoma City Thunder @ Dallas Mavericks
Last game, Dallas brought Dwight Powell off the bench.
The Thunder start small too, so I wouldn’t expect Powell to move back into the starting five.
He is a low usage player to boot, so his points line, set at 7.5, looks like one to target. Under 7.5 is paying $1.87 on TAB.
Best bet: Player points - Powell under 7.5
Toronto Raptors @ Miami Heat
Fred VanVleet is playing fantastically, but his points line is set very high.
Up at 22.5, against a good Miami Heat team, I think FVV goes under and that pays $1.82 on Sportsbet.
Best bet: Player points - VanVleet under 22.5
