Excruciating WWE video sets up Rousey's next fight

It looks like Ronda Rousey is about to get back into fighting.

But this time it's likely to be in pro wrestling with the WWE, and not in the UFC, if a video uploaded to WWE.com is anything to go by.

The former UFC champion featured in a scripted (and painfully acted) segment in which she was talking with training partners Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir.

The group are then confronted by three of the WWE's biggest drawcards Charlotte Flair, Bayley and Becky Lynch.

"You name the time, you name the place,” Rousey said to the trio.

"Oh, not today? We’re waiting to hear from you."

Despite the sub-standard acting it's clear to see that the confrontation is setting up a future fight between the groups.

Let's just hope Rousey is front and centre in the bout.

Fight fans haven't seen her in action since her 48 second demolition at the hands of Amanda Nunes on December 30, 2016.

The judo expert recently got married to fellow UFC fighter Travis Browne in Hawaii.

Photos of the ceremony have made their way onto social media.

Rousey, 30, and Browne, 35, confirmed their relationship in 2015 and announced their engagement this past April.

Browne proposed to Rousey underneath a waterfall in New Zealand, telling TMZ “it felt like the right place to do it.”
