LeBron Jr's brutal response to trash-talking opponent

LeBron James has something extra to smile about, just days after signing a contract with the LA Lakers worth over $200 million.

The NBA superstar witnessed his son, LeBron “Bronny” James Jr put a trash talking opponent in his place, in a manner made famous by The King.

The 13-year-old was competing at the USBA National Championship for his team the North Coast Blue Chips, when he came up against a rival who wanted to knock him down a peg or two.

LeBron Jr is clearly used to it, given the stature of his father.

He responded in brutal fashion.

The teenage basketball star went on to nail four 3-point shots in the face of his lippy rival, as his side went on to annihilate their opponents 84-59.

The King was court-side during the tournament, and in a seperate game witnessed his son dominate his opponents after fans of the rival team chanted ‘overrated’ at him.

Little wonder many basketball experts are expecting the athletically gifted youngster to make it into the NBA one day.

To take things one step further, many, including LeBron Sr are hoping and expecting the sharp-shooting teen to play alongside his father on the game’s biggest stage one day.

One NBA fan took that hope and made it a virtual reality recently, with this epic video of the pair competing side-by-side.
