Reynolds breaks Eels' hearts with incredible conversion

Parramatta were well on their way to two vital points before a brilliant try and a clutch conversion in the final minute of play sunk them.

With the Eels up 20-16 in the 78th minute, Souths skipper Greg Inglis wound the clock back with a brilliant offload to put Bryson Goodwin in the clear.

Goodwin drew the fullback and put Luke Keary in to score out wide, with all the pressure in the world on Reynolds to knock over the conversion from the sideline.

As the clock ticked past the 79-minute mark, the NSW State of Origin hopeful silenced a boisterous home crowd with an incredibly clutch kick, splitting the uprights to give his side an unlikely 22-20 win.

Fans were filthy as Reynolds gave them a piece of his mind.

The loss means Parramatta must win 12 of their last 14 games to have a chance at making the finals.
