WWE rocked by tragic death of Ashley Massaro, aged 39
Former WWE star Ashley Massaro had died at the age of 39.
The WWE confirmed the news, offering its condolences.

The circumstances surrounding her death are not yet known.
According to TMZ, Massaro was taken from her home in Suffolk County, New York to a nearby hospital on Thursday morning, where she died.
The death is reportedly under investigation.
Massaro won the “WWE Diva Search” in 2005, eventually becoming a valet for Tag Team Champions Paul London and Brian Kendrick.
She competed at Wrestlemania a number of times – most notably against Melina for the Women’s Championship in 2007.
She also competed in “Survivor: China” in 2007, voted off the island after six days.
Massaro appeared in the April 2007 edition of Playboy Magazine, before leaving WWE in 2008.
