World's strongest man's incredible body transformation
The world’s strongest man has produced an incredible 12-month body transformation, flaunting a ripped physique in a recent social media post.
Eddie Hall was at the top of his game in 2017, snatching the World’s Strongest Man title with his whopping 196kg frame.
But fast forward a year and Hall has swapped his bulging power belly with a six pack, shocking fans in the process.
Hall’s impressive weight loss is an extension of his desire to consider life after strongman, as revealed in the 2017 documentary ‘Born Strong’.
The 30-year-old expressed his interest in pursuing another sport like bodybuilding or fighting post-strongman career, causing his wife to become emotional.
Hall’s wife was brought to tears as she pleaded with him to “just be normal”, with even he himself confession the longer he stayed at his heaviest weight the short his life would be.

After dropping more than 30kg to shed from 196kg to 164kg, the World’s Strongest Man shared the secrets to his success:
“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day; this is where most people will make their first BIG mistake if they’re trying to lose weight.
“Coffee … The caffeine in your morning coffee stops an enzyme called amylase from working correctly, which is located in your mouth and gut, and breaks down starchy carbs.
“If you have coffee with your cereal, toast or granola, this is the worst way to start your day.
“Try some citric acid instead, which can actually increase the production of amylase – a glass of orange juice instead is the perfect replacement.”
‘Nearly killed me’: Eddie Hall’s world record
In 2016, strongman Eddie Hall set an impressive deadlift world record by lifting an incredible 500kg.
According to Hall, the feat he accomplished at the World Deadlift Championships in England almost killed him.
“That nearly killed me,” Hall said after the historic lift.

“The pressure on my body was surreal. I passed out after. I had nose bleeds.
“It’s not healthy doing something like that. But I’ve done it. I’m sure it will be in the history books for a very long time.”
