Video: Judge denies UFC antitrust lawsuit settlement. What now?
Not so fast. The UFC antitrust lawsuit is not over just yet.
Last week, judge Richard Boulware of the U.S. District Court of Nevada rejected a $355 million settlement proposal for the pair of UFC antitrust lawsuits, which will stretch out the cases even longer. It was big news in the MMA industry as the end result of these lawsuits could have serious ramifications on the UFC and sport as a whole.
UFC CEO Dana White went so far as to suggest the reason for Boulware's denial of the settlement is personal.
So what happens now? Will the UFC and the plaintiffs reach a new settlement or go to trial?
MMA Junkie's Brian "Goze" Garcia, Mike Bohn, Danny Segura, and host "Gorgeous" George Garcia discuss the latest with the UFC's antitrust lawsuits.
