US Open fan's heinous food crime breaks the internet

A US Open fan has sent the internet into meltdown after footage of her food crime against humanity went viral.

Cameras captured the woman and a young boy watching from the stands during Madison Keys’ 6-1 6-3 round of 16 win against and Dominika Cibulkova.

The pair had an array of food and drinks in front of them but it’s what the woman did with her fried chicken strip that viewers are having a hard time stomaching.

Normally some form of sauce or perhaps a mayonnaise would be the dip of choice to accompany a piece of fried chicken.

Not for this lady.

Unaware of the world’s reaction to her next move, she proceeds to take the piece of chicken and dunk it several times in the soft drink in front of her, before taking a big bite out of the meat.

Perhaps worse than her inexplicable food faux pas was the fact the boy boy – watching the lady adoringly – now thinks this is probably common practice.

Unbeknownst to the woman in the footage, her questionable food habit has caused a massive storm on social media.

Some viewers have been left so disgusted by the idea of chicken coke, they’ve (jokingly) called for the lady to be arrested for her ‘crime.’

Judging by the reaction it’s probably fair to assume that ‘coke chicken’ won’t be on the menu at Flushing Meadows anytime soon.
