The Octagon girl took to Instagram on Wednesday to announce the wonderful news, showing off her baby bump.

“I’ve been waiting for this moment my entire life!” she wrote in the caption.

“I promise to teach you about the beauty of the world and to love with no restrictions or division. In turn, you have already taught me so much about kindness, empathy, and most of all faith.

“Through all of this chaos, you have helped me to remain strong and grounded. You are already loved soooooo much!! I can’t wait to meet you my baby.”

Celeste and boyfriend Taylor King are expected to welcome the little bundle of joy in September.

“My mum for some reason asked me to take a pregnancy test,” Celeste told Us Weekly.

“[Mums] always seem to know. I went to the store and got two tests and sure enough, I was pregnant.

“I couldn’t wait, so I called my boyfriend immediately even though he was working at the time.

“I crave fruit and meat. I’m not usually a meat eater and I stick to a mostly vegan diet, but during pregnancy I’ve given in to occasionally eating things like In-N-Out or pizza.”

According to TMZ, Celeste plans to return to UFC after giving birth.

Aussie champion eyeing UFC greatness

Meanwhile, Australia's Alexander Volkanovski has brushed off several preparation issues and is intent on becoming one of the UFC's greatest featherweight champions.

And he intends to do that by stopping Hawaiian superstar Max Holloway in their title rematch scheduled for UFC's 'Fight Island'.

Volkanovski ripped the title away from Holloway with a points win in Las Vegas last December.

They meet again on July 12 on a stacked triple world title UFC 251 card on Abu Dhabi's Yas Island, with Volknaovski flying out on Friday.

Restrictions caused by the coronavirus pandemic meant Volkanovkski couldn't follow his usual pre-fight routine, which includes training in Thailand and at Auckland's City Kickboxing gym.

He normally goes into camp eight weeks before a bout but has only had six weeks notice for this contest.

“The world will be watching, it's going to be a lot of hype around Fight Island, about this card ,and a lot of hype around our fight and our rematch; so it's an opportunity that I didn't want to let slip away,” Volkanovski said.

“I'm the type of guy, if anyone can do a shorter camp it's me because everyone knows me for my hard work.

“I'm a professional, I'm always in good enough nick.

“I'm looking forward to going out there doing my thing and proving to the world I am the best featherweight in the world and I'm going to be one of the greatest of all time.”
