'Dipping my hands in petrol': Tyson Fury's insane pre-fight ritual ahead of Wilder rematch

Tyson Fury isn’t shy when it comes to his bizarre and personal rituals ahead of fights and he keeps proving it ahead of his bout against Deontay Wilder.

Fury and Wilder came face-to-face again ahead of their February rematch following their controversial draw last year.

The ‘Gypsy King’ has already claimed he will masturbate seven times a day to keep up his testosterone for the highly-anticipated rematch.

Now the undefeated fighter says he will follow a veteran bare-knuckle trainer’s advice and dip his hands in petrol to toughen up his knuckles.

“I was speaking to an old legendary bare-knuckle fighter from the travelling community, he’s called Big Joe Joyce,” Fury said.

“He told me about dipping his hands in petrol, to toughen them up.

“So for this fight I’ll be dipping my hands in petrol for five minutes a day during the last three or four weeks of the training camp to really toughen them up.”

Fury has pointed out to Wilder in the past he was unfortunate not to win the first bout when most of the boxing world thought the ‘Gypsy King’ out scored Wilder before the shock decision.

This time Fury has made the bold prediction he will knock Wilder out inside two rounds.
