Chelsea already made moves ahead of the summer transfer window as their double deal for Sporting CP youngsters Geovany Quenda and Dario Essugo has now been confirmed as they throw down the gauntlet to Arsenal and Manchester United who are among the Premier League clubs expected to be busy.
Attacking reinforcements said to be the top priority for both Mikel Arteta and Ruben Amorim. The Gunners continue to be linked with moves for Alexander Isak and Nico Williams, however, they may have to brace themselves for a bid from Al-Nassr for Gabriel Magalhaes.

Liverpool fans have been given increasing cause for excitement over a potential summer deal for Milos Kerkez.
Liverpool look to be the main players in the race for Kerkez, with The I reporting on Thursday that he is their preferred long-term successor to left-back stalwart Andy Robertson and that contact has now been made with both the player’s representatives and Bournemouth, who value him at around the £40million mark.
And Liverpool fans cannot help but to have noticed that gathering momentum over a potential switch to Merseyside for Kerkez has been accompanied by the player himself posting an intriguing choice of picture on social media on Wednesday.
One supporter wrote: “Agent szobo... we’re waiting [for] you Kerkez.”
Another said: “Agent Szoboszlai... bring the boy home.”
A different Liverpool fan wrote: “Yesss, it’s a code.”
Man Utd eye double Barcelona raid

Despite Manchester United's well-documented financial issues, it's not stopped them from being linked with moves for Barcelona duo Frenkie de Jong and Raphinha.
According to reports in Spain, the Red Devils have told Barcelona they are willing to pay £42m for long-term target De Jong all whilst tabling an offer of £58.8m for Raphinha.

Reports in Spain claim Barcelona's pursuit of Athletic Club's Nico Williams has no chance of being successful unless the Spain international is guaranteed a starting role.

Jorginho drops hint over next club

Arsenal midfielder Jorginho has admitted that he would consider moving to Brazil once he leaves the club.
The 33-year-old has played more than 50 times at senior international level for Italy but was born and raised in Brazil before moving to Europe as a teenager.

The Hammers tried to sign the 20-year-old in January and remain one of a number of clubs interested in him.
More than half-a-dozen clubs enquired about his availability in January, with West Ham and Monaco entering into negotiations with the Leuven board and Banzuzi’s representatives.
However, an agreement with either club could not be reached. Internally, Leuven placed a valuation of €15million (£12.6m) on the midfielder.

Chelsea’s agreement to sign Sporting Lisbon duo Geovany Quenda and Dario Essugo has now been officially confirmed.
Last week it was reported that the Blues had pulled off a shock deal for 17-year-old winger Quenda, one of European football’s most highly-rated young attacking talents who had been heavily linked with a reunion with former Sporting boss Ruben Amorim at Manchester United.
That was followed by news over the weekend that Chelsea had also agreed to sign Quenda’s Sporting team-mate Essugo, the 20-year-old midfielder who is currently on a season-long loan in Spain with LaLiga strugglers Las Palmas.
Those deals have now been confirmed by Sporting, who announced in a statement to the markets on Wednesday night that the transfer of both players was worth a total of just under €74.5million (£62.4m).
Napoli propose Osimhen swap deal
