England forwards Ollie Chessum and George Martin both return for Leicester Tigers' final Investec Champions Cup Pool 1 trip to Toulouse.
Lock Martin partners Cameron Henderson in the second row, while flanker Chessum is recalled to the back row.
Dan Kelly is named at inside centre in the only other change from Tigers side which cruised past Ulster in round three.
Third-placed Leicester have already qualified for the knockout stages but victory over Toulouse could secure a home tie.
Four points for Tigers would lift them above Toulouse into second place if the French side fail to claim a bonus.
Toulouse, who are also through and will clinch a last-16 tie at home with victory, also make three changes.
Hooker Julien Marchand replaces Peato Mauvaka as the only alteration in the pack, which also includes Englishman Jack Willis at number seven.
In the backs Italy winger Ange Capuozzo starts instead of Matthis Lebel and Dimitri Delibes comes into midfield to partner Pierre-Louis Barassi.
