Tiger Woods Golfs in Sun Day Red With Daughter-Caddie Sam Woods and Son Charlie Woods at PNC Championship
Seven months after its launch, Tiger Woods’ Sun Day Red is in full swing. The golf star wore a look from his company billed as “athluxury” at the PNC Championship on Saturday and Sunday in Orlando, Fla., while accompanied by his daughter Sam Woods and son Charlie Woods.
On Saturday, the family hit the golf course while wearing navy and white looks. Tiger wore a navy cashmere sweater from Sun Day Red with the Monterey stripe polo shirt and the navy endless joggers. He topped his outfit with the icon rope 5 panel snapback. Likewise, Charlie, who also took shots on the golf course, wore the Monterey striped polo shirt and navy endless joggers. Both completed their look with the pioneer Cypress golf shoe from Sun Day Red. Meanwhile Sam, who caddied at the first round of the PNC Championship, wore a pair of navy leggings and a white zip jacket.

On Sunday, the family returned to the course. Sam wore a black zip-up jacket over a red top, Tiger wore a red sweater and Charlie had on a striped red polo.
Woods first teased Sun Day Red at the Genesis Invitational tournament, which he hosted in February. He has also worn pieces from the line at the Masters and the PGA Championship at Valhalla Country Club in Louisville, Ky., to name a couple.
Sun Day Red debuted in May, following Woods’ 27-year run with Nike, with hoodies, before expanding with polo shirts in September as part of the brand’s Heritage collection. Consisting of polyester-spandex fabrics that offer stretch and prevent water absorption and also include collar stays, the shirts are designed to maximize the swing radium with a tail slightly longer than the front so they can stay tucked in.
“Every detail has been meticulously designed, prioritizing the athlete first at every step, resulting in a collection that exceeds the highest standards,” Woods said of the line in May, adding, “Personally, I have loved wearing the products, and I am ready to see our brand proudly embraced all over the world.”
While the brand hasn’t disclosed revenue, headwear has been a big category for it, Scott Frost, the director of marketing for the line, revealed to WWD in October. The hats, which retail for $50 and feature Sun Day Red’s logo of a leaping tiger with 15 stripes — referencing the 15 majors that Woods has won during his career — have been a best-seller. “It’s an easy entry point for Tiger fans who used to buy Nike,” Frost said.
