Michael Jordan had to drag Dennis Rodman from Carmen Electra's bed
It sounds like a scene from The Hangover but it’s just one of the many wild tales from Dennis Rodman’s time at the Chicago Bulls.
After about two minutes into the second night of ESPN’s “The Last Dance”, it was very clear who was going to be the star of the night.

The Dennis Rodman Episode had arrived, and it was as glorious as anyone could reasonably hope.
The third piece of the Bulls’ most immortal teams was a complex, hair-dying, partying, borderline masochistic marvel of a player and human being.
And one particularly tale involving Carmen Electra was the talk of social media after the third and fourth episodes of The Last Dance aired in America on Sunday (local time).
‘The Last Dance’ delivered another classic moment as the crew handed phones to Rodman, Scottie Pippen and Phil Jackson that played a video of Jordan recounting a certain meeting in the 1997-98 season.
Jordan had to make a mad dash to Las Vegas to retrieve Rodman from a 48-hour break away from the team.
“I say, ‘Look Phil, let me tell you something man, if anybody needs a f***ing vacation, I need a vacation’,” Jordan says in ‘The Last Dance’.
“We look at Dennis and say, ‘Dennis, what are you going to do?’ He says, ‘Well, I need to go to Vegas’.
“(I say) ‘Phil, you let this dude go on vacation, we’re not going to see him. You let him go to Vegas, we’re definitely not going to see him’.
“I’m looking at Phil like, ‘You ain’t going to get that dude back in 48 hours, I don’t care what you say’.”
Jordan had to drag Rodman out of Electra’s bed
As it turns out Jordan was right and after four days he was forced to go looking for his teammate.
“It was on, the party was started right away,” Electra recounts.
“It was definitely an occupational hazard being Dennis’ girlfriend. He was wild.”
Jordan said he stormed Rodman’s hotel room and dragged his “a** out of bed”, while Electra said she was forced to hide.
“There’s a knock on the door, it’s Michael Jordan, and I hid,” Electra says.
“I didn’t want him to see me like that so I’m hiding behind the couch with covers over me.”
The wild story sparked more than a few reactions on social media.

if you ever question how good Rodman was at basketball just remember he had MICHAEL JORDAN running around Las Vegas looking for him like a scene from The Hangover.

am i to understand that the people filming the all-access video of the Bulls in 1998 got to follow Dennis Rodman on his 48-hour Vegas vacation or was that just generic Rodman-in-Vegas-with-Carmen Electra footage
