How do you almost get concussed playing tennis?
Brazilian star Marcelo Melo found out exactly how the hard way, after getting clocked in the back of the head by a serve from doubles partner Lukas Kubot.
Playing against world number one pairing Henri Kontinen and John Peers at the Rome Masters, the vicious blow required the match to be stopped for an extended period.
