Australian Open of Tennis: Day 2 Broadcast Schedule

World no. 2 Novak Djokovic starts his Australian Open campaign against Spaniard Fernando Verdasco Tuesday 7pm AEDT LIVE on Channel 7 and the 7Tennis app.

Verdasco has beaten Djokovic in four of their 13 meetings and fought out a gallant three-set loss recently to the Serb in Qatar.

Also on Tuesday night, Daria ‘Dasha’ Gavrilova flies the Aussie flag against Great Britain’s Naomi Broady, having beaten the world no. 97 in their last clash in June 2016. During the day Aussie Sam Stosur also takes on a Brit, Heather Watson.

Late afternoon 14-time Grand Slam winner Rafael Nadal does battle with German Florian Mayer, while six-time Australian Open winner Serena Williamstakes on Swiss star Belinda Bencic.

On 7TWO Tuesday night from 7pm AEDT, 22-year-old Australian Chris O’Connell takes on Bulgarian 15th seed Grigor Dimitrov.

Big-serving Canadian Milos Raonic starts his Australian Open on Tuesday afternoon against German Dustin Brown.

Australians Jordan Thompson, Blake Mott, Alex Bolt, Lizette Cabrera, Andrew Whittington will also be in action on day two.
