Monfils' acrobatics on display at Open

Gael Monfils pulled off an incredible acrobatic shot while injuring himself during his Australian Open round of 16 match.

The Frenchman was up one set when he flung his body to his right, heavily falling on his arm and wrist.

After receiving treatment Monfils got back on court against Andrey Kuznetsov.

It becomes the third cracking shot of the Australian Open thus far, including Jo-Wilfried Tsonga’s backhand and Bernard Tomic’s forehand winner against Simone Bolleli.
