French tennis player Kristina Mladenovic took her frustrations against Daria Gavrilova out on the net, but not in the way you would expect.

The 22-year-old had just dropped the first set against the Aussie when she attempted a cheeky drop shot.

The ball hit the net halfway up, with Mladenovic appearing to walk up and chomp on the tape.
