St Mirren 0-1 Dundee Utd: What Robinson said
St Mirren manager Stephen Robinson: "All defeats are hard to take. I thought we played very well and created numerous chances to get at least a point.
"Ultimately, Dundee United are winning games because they do what they do and they do it very well. They wouldn't have conceded [the goal we did].
"We did and have conceded that goal on numerous occasions this season. We're not playing particularly poorly, but both 18-yard boxes are an issue.
"We're conceding soft goals from not particularly good deliveries into our box. We're creating chances, playing some half-decent football.
"To get a 20-goal striker is not something that's there, we have to work on trying to improve people."
