The Rock, 46, shocks fans with insane new physique

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has always been jacked, but this is next level.

The 46-year-old has sent fans into a frenzy with his latest Instagram photo, showing off his incredible physique.

The WWE legend and movie star has never been out of shape, but he appears to be even more ripped and trim than ever.

The ‘Brahma Bull’ has been hitting the gym for his latest movie – a Fast and the Furious spin-off.

“Dialled in & hit the mark. 260lbs of attitude & classy cuss words. After 18 weeks of disciplined diet & intense training, here’s where I landed my carcass for shooting my FAST & FURIOUS spin-off HOBBS & SHAW,” he posted.

“Always room for improvements, but not too bad for a scarred up surgically repaired Brahma Bull who’s injuries always tell the story.

“THANKS to EVERYONE in my inner circle (including the NASA scientists) who support the big picture – my diet, training, health & wellness, balance, consistency and execution.

“Finally, THANKS TO ALL THE FANS. My people out there worldwide who buy into our grind belief and my philosophy that payin’ our dues is owed on a daily basis.”

Those fans he referred to couldn’t believe their eyes that The Rock could possibly be in better shape than ever before.

Daughter following in The Rock’s footsteps

Johnson’s daughter has taking her first steps towards emulating her legendary father.

Simone Garcia Johnson, the oldest of The Rock’s three children, is training on a part-time basis at the WWE Performance Centre in Orlando.

The news was confirmed by Pro Wrestling Sheet and first reported by Zelina Vega on Lilian Garcia’s Chasing Glory podcast.

Simone, 17, has worked out and taken lessons at the centre for three months on a part-time basis while she finishes her senior year of high school.

According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, the word is she’s serious about the business, something she’s mentioned previously.

Last year she told Hollywood Reporter it was “definitely something I’ve thought about and want to pursue.”

If she joins the WWE, she would likely become the company’s first fourth-generation talent.
