Summerhays bombs in amazing eagle at PGA

Inclement weather spoiled a large chunk of the third round at the PGA championship, but not before Daniel Summerhays pulled off a truly incredible shot.

After bogeying the first hole at Baltusrol, the American followed it up with an extraordinary eagle at the second, courtesy of a pin-point approach shot.

Summerhays struck his second shot at the par-four second so sweetly that it almost slam-dunked into the hole – taking one hop onto the green before dropping straight into the cup.

The stunning effort helped the American move into a tie for 10th at four-under for the tournament.
