Blue Diamond Stakes plus Winx set to star

Saturday Arvo Racing comes from Caulfield featuring the Group 1 $1.5 million Blue Diamond Stakes with Catchy, Property and Pariah all now vying for favouritism after Catchy drew the wide barrier 13.

Trainer David Hayes, who has won the race five times, and his Lindsay Park team will be saddling up six runners including Catchy, Wait For No One, Will’s Bid, Formality, Muraahib and Tulip.

Super mare and Cox Plate winner Winx is also aiming for her 15th win in a row as she takes to the track at Randwick in the Group 1 $600,000 Chipping Norton Stakes.

A total of four Group 1 races feature throughout the day including the Futurity Stakes, with Black Heart Bart, and the Oakleigh Plate from Caulfield.

Jason Richardson will host the coverage alongside 16-time Group 1 winning jockey Simon Marshall and Simon O’Donnell.

Racing expert Francesca Cumani will be live from Randwick with all the action.
