Forstemann is a former world spring champion and won a bronze medal at the 2012 London Olympics.
But the man known in the cycling world as ‘Quadzilla’ normally turns heads when he enters the velodrome due to his enormous quads.
Earlier this year, Forstemann posted a video on Instagram of himself squatting 260kg.
But the hard-working cyclist doesn’t seem to have missed a beat and took the internet by storm on Tuesday after a photo was posted of him looking in ridiculous shape.
Forstemann has enjoyed an accomplished career, which included a gold medal at the World Championships for the Team Sprint in Denmark.
