NRL star Latrell Mitchell has shown how big his heart is after buying his parents their 'dream' home on the weekend.
Only two days after Mitchell scored two tries in a wonderful performance against the Broncos, the Rabbitohs star has lived out every footballers dream and repaid his parents.
Mitchell posted a photo on his Instagram of his mother Patricia Goolagong and father Matt Mitchell in front of a sold sign.
The Rabbitohs star bought his parents a $1.8 million home on the mid-north coast of NSW in the town of Taree.
"Today I bought my parents their dream home," he wrote.
The six-bedroom Taree home is described as a 'riverfront property' with European influence in the Manning Valley.
Latrell Mitchell praised for beautiful gesture
Mitchell's beautiful gesture was praised on social media, including from veteran teammate Benji Marshall.
Anthony Mundine wrote: "To deadly my bra! Best feeling."
Fans also flooded his Instagram with congratulations and praising the star for his generosity.
Mitchell has two properties in the region.
