Northern Washington Hit With Dramatic Flooding

Floodwaters rushed through parts of Bellingham, Washington, on Monday morning, November 15, as persistent rain overwhelmed creeks, reports said.

Christine Smith posted video to Twitter she said she took Monday morning along Squalicum Parkway in Bellingham.

Landslides and flooding closed several local roads, officials reported. Significant street flooding was also reported in Sumas.
