‘LAUGHING IT OFF’: NFL star’s hilarious reaction to lost tooth
Here’s what you might’ve missed:
The world’s most durable jersey
Chicago Bears running back David Montgomery turned into an instant meme after Detroit Lions linebacker Austin Bryant tried to bring him down by grabbing a fistful of his jersey.
Montgomery kept going, and so did his jersey, with a trail of stretched elastic sprawling out behind him as his picked up a 4-yard gain on the play.

Jags’ woes extend to mascot
There’s no denying the the Jacksonville Jaguars are having a tough season, with a 21-14 loss to the Atlanta Falcons seeing them drop to a 2-9 record and last place in the AFC South.
Now their poor mascot Jaxon De Ville is even getting caught up in the mess. Jax attempted to bungee jump from the top of TIAA Bank Field, but ended up getting stuck, before being lowered to safety.
The Jaguars mascot got stuck on his bungie and had to be lowered into the stands.

Andrews has catch of the year contender
Baltimore Ravens receiver Mark Andrews had a contender for catch of the season in the Ravens’ 16-10 win over the Cleveland Browns.
A rare highlight in an otherwise unspectacular game, Andrews stuck out one hand to reel the ball in as he was being dragged to the ground by Browns safety Ronnie Harrison. Technically the catch didn’t count, as the Ravens elected to accept a pass interference penalty on the play instead, but this didn’t make it any less spectacular.

Jones Jr joins the one-handed trend
Not to be outdone, Jacksonville’s Marvin Jones Jr also pulled off an impressive one-handed reception against the Falcons.
This one did count, putting the Jaguars in scoring position which later resulted in a 22-yard field goal for Matthew Wright.

Making kickoff returns great again
With player safety concerns leading to changes in kickoff rules in recent seasons, big kickoff return plays have become less and less common across the NFL.
That was not this case in Week 12 however, with both Tony Pollard of the Dallas Cowboys and Kene Nwangwu of the Minnesota Vikings taking kicks to the house and bringing some excitement back to what was once one of the most thrilling plays in football.

Big man interception and run
There’s few things more exciting in the NFL than watching the chaos that ensues when a big defensive lineman unexpectedly ends up with the football in their hands.
The New York Jets’ John Franklin-Myers afforded us this pleasure when he expertly intercepted Houston Texans quarterback Tyrod Taylor and streaked 32 yards down field before eventually being tackled out of bounds.

Wilson’s ugly turnover
While Jets fans would’ve been thrilled with Franklin-Myers’ effort, on the other end of the spectrum was this almost comical turnover from Jets quarterback Zach Wilson.
His pass deflected of the back of teammate Ty Johnson, straight into the arms of Texans cornerback Tavierre Thomas.
This Zach Wilson INT went off his teammate's back 😳
