NFL player accidentally tweets picture of star quarterback, naked

Indianapolis Colts punter Pat McAfee was trying to capture the exciting post-win mood in the dressing rooms when he tweeted a picture of the team addressing media.

But he captured more than he bargained for.

After the Colts defeated the Kansas City Chiefs in a scintillating come-from-behind 45-44 victory, McAfee shared an image of kicker Adam Vinatieri (seen in the blue sweater and towel combination).

Little did McAfee know he had actually also snapped his star quarterback, Andrew Luck, completely naked in the far corner while getting changed.

McAfee, who only punted once during the game, immediately deleted the image after realising the gaffe, though by then it was too late.

The image of Luck, with a fortunately placed man on a mobile phone, went viral on the internet.

"I feel awful for that Luck photobomb.. Really thankful all his parts were covered.. And now I'm hoping the future HOFer forgives the mistake [sic]," McAfee later said.
