New BYU Football Coach Kalani Sitake Selling His Oregon Home
New BYU football coach Kalani Sitake is getting ready for his first season leading the Cougars—starting with listing his five-bedroom home in Corvallis, OR, for $549,000.
Sitake’s new job is a return to his alma mater, where he played fullback in the late ’90s. Since graduating, he served as defensive coordinator for both the University of Utah and Oregon State University. He’s also the first Tongan to serve as head coach for a collegiate football program.
For Corvallis buyers, Sitake’s nearly 8,000-square-foot home is a steal.
“Around here, a fifth bedroom and a third full bath are always noted and deemed desirable, because they just get a little bit more room into a standard cookie-cutter home,” says listing agent Shane McShane of Northwest Realty Consultants.
The spacious home features a 600-square-foot master bath area, including a dressing room. There’s also a small, secluded home office, which is ideal for developing game plans away from prying eyes.
