Crushing knee KO lands Perry hefty UFC paycheck

Mike Perry left his opponent seeing stars with a devastating KO at UFC Fight Night 116 before leaving the event in Pittsburgh a much wealthier man.

The UFC star took home a bonus $50,000 for Performance of the Night after his brutal finishing move on Alex Reyes in the fight card's co-main event.

Perry saw off the early onslaught from Reyes in the opening round of the fight, before landing a right hand and a knee on his rival.

But it was the crushing right knee to the head of Reyes that Perry delivered next, which ended the welterweight contest.

Perry's knockout was one of several brutal finishing moves at a memorable event in Pittsburgh.
