MMA fighters take scary plunge out faulty cage door

MMA fighters Marty Navis and James Collins have walked away relatively unscathed after falling out of the cage through an unsecured door at Cage Titans 27.

Both men were making their amateur debuts when one attempted a driving double-leg takedown that saw them crash into the cage door, which shockingly flew open.

The fighters fell past the stairs and landed on the ground outside the cage.

The bout was immediately ruled a no-contest. According to MMA Fighting, Collins was fine but Navis suffered a rib injury and was taken to the hospital.
