MLB star Trevor Bauer shared a photo of his luxurious sports car smashed after a freak accident in a garage.

The Cincinnati Reds pitcher’s 2016 McLaren 650S, worth an estimated $443,000, was stationed in a dealership.

But a tyre fell off a semi-truck and totalled the McLaren after it crashed through the window of the dealership.

Fortunately, no one was hurt and Bauer was able to make light of the situation.

“Yesterday, if you told me a semi truck would total my Mclaren, I would’ve believed you,” he wrote on Twitter.

“If you told me it would happen like THIS? I would’ve said you’re out of your mind. If this isn’t @Mayhem I don’t know what is @Allstate.”

The 28-year-old was fortunate enough to have insurance.
