Scary scenes as fans injured by flying baseball bat
Two fans have been injured by a rogue bat in the ninth inning of the San Diego Padres' 3-2 loss to the Colorado Rockies at Petco Park on Friday.
The bat slipped out of Padres catcher Hector Sanchez's hands and flew into the stands along the third-base line, hitting one of the fans, a woman, in the forehead.
Play was stopped for more than 10 minutes as they received medical attention.
