Manchester United injury update: Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw and Mason Mount latest news and return dates
Manchester United's injury issues continue to ease in a major boost to Erik ten Hag.
The likes of Casemiro and Lisandro Martinez returned to the squad for the draw with Tottenham on Sunday, while Christian Eriksen and Antony are also now available.
With two weeks until United are next in action, in the FA Cup against Newport County or Eastleigh, Ten Hag will be hoping for his squad to be further strengthened.
Mason Mount, Luke Shaw and Harry Maguire are among those close to returning, with United not far away from having a clean bill of health.
Here's the latest updates on Man United's injury news...
Luke Shaw
Luke Shaw was expected to make his return from a muscle injury against Tottenham, but the left-back dropped out on the morning of the match.
Ten Hag revealed: "We expected Luke Shaw, we trained with Luke Shaw in preparation for this game, but this morning he dropped out, not fit enough to start."
It remains to be seen how serious the setback is, but Shaw will hope to be available for FA Cup duty later this month.

Mason Mount
Recent reports have claimed that Mason Mount is taking longer than expected to recover from a calf injury.
The midfielder has now been out for more than two months and may be the last of United's longer-term injury absentees to return.
Potential return date: February 1 vs Wolves
Harry Maguire
Harry Maguire has been on the sidelines since picking up groin injury against Bayern Munich last month.
Ten Hag suggested that Maguire was "maybe" in contention to face Tottenham and while he did not make the squad, those comments would point to an return when United are next in action.

Anthony Martial
Illness has kept Anthony Martial out for five weeks, amid ongoing rumours over his future at Old Trafford.
The Frenchman is out of contract in the summer but currently appears unlikely to leave the club this month. No timeline has been given for his recovery from illness.
Ahead of the Spurs match, Ten Hag said: "He is not fit so he is not okay. So we want all the players to be fit for the game so he is not.
"We have to make him fit and it is his job as well to get ready for the next game but in this moment he is having medical treatment and he has to recover."
Potential return date: Unknown
Victor Lindelof
Victor Lindelof continues his recovery from "successful surgery on a minor groin issue" just before Christmas.
It was expected at the time that he would miss a month, but Ten Hag's comments last week made it clear that Lindelof would not be rushed back.
"Victor Lindelof is also on his way back but it will take some weeks and takes time to get back into match fitness," the United boss said.
Potential return date: February 1 vs West Ham
Tyrell Malacia
Tyrell Malacia is nearing a return to first-team action, having not made a single appearance this season after undergoing knee surgery in the summer.
