Man City XI vs Brentford: Starting lineup, Erling Haaland team news and injury latest
Manchester City have Erling Haaland back in their starting line-up to face Brentford this evening.
The prolific Man City forward made his long-awaited return from a lingering foot injury that ruled him out for almost two months during their 3-1 win over Burnley last week.

This is the first time that Haaland has started a Premier League game since December 6 as the reigning champions look to continue their recent run of imperious form.
Kevin De Bruyne continues in the XI having made his first start since August during that win over the Clarets, while Manuel Akanji is fit for the bench, meaning that Pep Guardiola has a full complement of players available in west London this evening.
"Everybody is fit, everybody is ready,” said the City boss on Friday.
“Manuel [Akanji] is back as well. The busy period is here, and the Champions League is around the corner. It’s good to have everyone."
