Luke Littler shares secret diet that has him on the brink of mind-boggling darts feat
The teen darts sensation says a humble pre-match diet of omelettes and pizza has taken him to the Worlds Darts Championship final.
Teenage darts sensation Luke Littler brushed aside Rob Cross with ease on Wednesday to advance into the final of the World Darts Championship. The 16-year-old showed nerves of steel as he defeated Cross 6-2 in the semi-final, coming from a set down.
Speaking after the match the youngster put his success down to his humble pre-match routine of downing an omelette and a pizza. The teen says before every match he gets a ham and cheese omelette and then orders a pizza upon arriving to the venue before getting stuck into his warm-up.

Littler will play new world No. 1 Luke Humphries in the final after Humphries thrashed Scott Williams 6-0 in the second semi-final on Wednesday. Asked how he will approach his final, Littler told Sky Sports UK: "Do what I’ve been doing. In the morning go for my ham and cheese omelette. Then come here, have my pizza and get on the board. That’s what I’ve done every day so far.
"I’ve just got to stay focused throughout the game, no matter how long it goes on. I learned in the Andrew Gilding game when I went 2-0 up and let all my emotions out, I came back after the break and he won the set 3-0. From now on if I do go two or three sets clear, I’ll compose myself because that’s not the finish.”
His pre-match ritual of pizza and an omelette is also then added to with some more takeout post-match. Littler has made it clear that he adores a kebab during the tournament but has also been seen tucking into some McDonalds after a match.
If the almost $1million prize money for winning the final isn't enough motivation, Littler has also been promised free kebabs for life by local eatery Kebhouze. The establishment has promised the teenager a black card for an endless supply of meals if he manages to pull off the remarkable feat.

Luke Littler feat labelled 'utterly mind-boggling'
Littler averaged 106.05 in his semi-final to Cross’ average of 102.77 and also nailed 16 180’s in a performance well beyond his years. After ending the match by hitting a double 10 on his first attempt, Sky Sports commentator Wayne Mardle erupted at what he had just achieved.
“He’s got the darting world at his feet,” Mardle said. “What a run. What a talent.
“The world is watching him and he continues to perform at, well, it’s beyond the highest level. It’s magnificent. If you’re sat at home and witnessed that or are here, you’ve witnessed something utterly mind-boggling. A 16-year-old is in the final of the World Championship.”
Littler's achievements have made him a household name in the UK and many will be cheering him on to go all the way. After his semi-final demolition job of Cross, social media erupted with just how good the young boy is.
