Did Josh Reynolds take the biggest dive of all time?

Staying down to win penalties has dominated the headlines in the world of rugby league this week, but Bulldogs halfback Josh Reynolds appeared to take it to new extremes on Friday night.

With five minutes remaining against the Eels, Reynolds was attacking the try line with his side eight points down.

Reynolds stepped, fell and appeared to cop a swinging arm from Parramatta enforcer Junior Paulo. The Bulldogs playmaker looked to be out for the count as he lay motionless on the ground.

The Bulldogs were awarded a penalty and as a trainer was walking Reynolds off the ground, he miraculously recovered to take part in the ensuing attacking raid.

"He's not going off the field, it's time to win the game", a disgusted Greg Alexander said in commentary.
