BSC Young Boys defender Kasim Adams Nuhu has added his name to the list of recent own-goal nightmares.
Young Boys were locked at 0-0 in injury time in their Champions League qualifier against CSKA on Wednesday when Adams had a brain fade.
The defender was attempting to header back to his keeper when he flubbed his first attempt and had to try again.
