'Fat-shamed' UFC legend's extraordinary body transformation

Legendary UFC commentator Joe Rogan has turned heads after revealing the extent of his incredible body transformation.

The famous fight caller says he took action after deciding he'd had enough of being fat-shamed.

So Rogan opted to try the carnivore diet - only eating meat, fish and other animal products like eggs and dairy.

He cut out all other foods including fruit and vegetables, many forms of carbs, legumes, grains, nuts and seeds.

The result was a 5.4kg cut in weight and a ripped stomach that Rogan showed off on Instagram.

“I did the carnivore diet for all of January. I lost 12 pounds, gained a ton of energy,” he said.

“My energy levels were completely flat the whole month. No ups and downs from crashing after eating.

“I had a belly and a lot of people made fun of me, fat-shamed me. I lost all my fat.

“Lost all the belly, lost my love handles.

“I don’t know if I’m going to keep eating like this but it was tremendously beneficial.

“I went into this thinking this carnivore diet was wacky.

“But this is as good as I’ve felt for a long time and this is just one month.”

Rogan did stress that his incredible transformation didn't come without its initial challenges.

“Edit: The explosive uber diarrhoea stopped around two weeks in. It’s been totally normal last two weeks,” he added in the caption.
