Since being traded to the New York Jets a year ago, Aaron Rodgers has already been joined on the team by some of his favorite wide receivers over the years.

That includes Randall Cobb last season, Allen Lazard the past two years and now Davante Adams, who was traded Tuesday to the Jets by the Las Vegas Raiders.

With so many of his former Green Bay Packers teammates joining him in East Rutherford, fans naturally wondered who would be next after the Adams trade. And the first player to come to mind for many was none other than Jordy Nelson.

In case you're wondering, Nelson is about 39 years old now and hasn't played in the NFL since 2018.
