What's the buzz on Twitter?
The Nets are 5/33 (15.2%) from three. With DFS out and Utah paying tons of attention to Cam Johnson, the floor-spacing has been non-existent.
Perhaps a preview of what we may see post-trade deadline. - 9:59 PM
The Jazz defeat the Brooklyn Nets. They win consecutive games for the first time this season.....Solid 48 minute game from Utah...... - 9:51 PM
Jazz win 105-92, get to 7-20 on the season with two consecutive wins.
Vets carrying the load: Markkanen with 21, Mykhailiuk and Sexton with 18, Clarkson with 16. Clarkson talks with former Jazzman Bojan Bogdanovic after the buzzer. - 9:50 PM
Final: Jazz 105, Nets 94
Brooklyn shoots 7/40 (18%) from three with 17 turnovers. For tanking purposes, this is probably the best loss of the season thus far. - 9:49 PM
The Nets are 5/33 (15.2%) from three. With DFS out and Utah paying tons of attention to Cam Johnson, the floor-spacing has been non-existent.
Perhaps a preview of things of what we may see post-trade deadline. - 9:41 PM
Half: Spurs by 16 over POR. Spurs win 2Q 35-24.
2s: Spurs by 8
3s: Spurs by 3
FTs: Spurs by 5
Wemby 11 pts, 6 BLOCKS, 3 reb, 2 ast
Sochan 8 pts, 6 reb, 3 ast
Barnes 9 pts
CP3 6 pts, 7 ast
Castle 8 pts
Sharpe 16 pts - 9:39 PM
With this (likely) win, the Jazz will drop to 5th in the tank race. With the NBA lottery's odds, that means their most likely draft pick is No. 7. That would be a *huge* failure for this organization. - 9:38 PM
Two thoughts:
1. This Brooklyn team post-trade is the worst basketball team I've seen all season, Ben Simmons isn't the only bad player but he's definitely more part of the problem than part of the solution.
2. This is a really, really bad win for the Jazz to take. - 9:36 PM
The Jazz go on a run and increase their lead to 94-77.....Brooklyn has no intention of winning another game this season. They looked up, saw they had 11 wins and traded Dennis Schroeder within the hour - 9:34 PM
The Nets trail the Jazz 90-73 with eight minutes remaining. They're 29/74 (39%) from the field and 4/29 (14%) from three with 16 turnovers.
The offense minus Dennis Schroder continues to be a stuggle. - 9:34 PM
Shaedon. Sharpe. - 9:32 PM
Wemby picks up his 3rd block of the first half:
1 - Ayton hook
2 - Sharpe 11-foot pull-up
3 - Grant corner three attempt - 9:16 PM
Ben Simmons is 5/6 from the free-throw line tonight. The last time he made five free throws in a game:
June 2, 2021 - Game 5 of the first round of the 2021 playoffs - 9:15 PM
The Jazz look impressive tonight.....up 69-59 over Brooklyn....getting stops.....just a solid performance so far... - 9:14 PM
The Jazz lead the Brooklyn Nets 50-45 at halftime......Jazz fans, what do you want to see tonight? - 8:44 PM
EXCLUSIVE: Dariq Whitehead informed the Nets' front office that he wanted to remain in the G League to maximize his game reps early this season.

Now that Jimmy Butler has been linked to 7 teams by various national outlets, important to remind everyone: The idea of 'losing Butler for nothing' next summer is of absolutely no concern to Heat. Only rebuilding Nets have cap space to sign him. If Heat gets a great trade offer, - 12:23 PM
Dorian Finney-Smith has been downgraded to questionable tonight vs. Jazz due to a left calf contusion. - 11:48 AM
