'Trip to Vegas': AFL great brutally mocks Israel Folau with joke GoFundMe plea
Dane Swan has taken the mickey out of Israel Folau’s crowdfunding campaign, making a plea to the public to fund his upcoming trip to Las Vegas.
In a satirical video for Sportsbet, the former Collingwood star mimicked the video Folau uploaded when he called on donations to pay for his legal battle with Rugby Australia.

“As Australians we are born with the right to freedom of expression,” Swan says.
“I believe it is my duty as a servant of the ‘sesh’ to set the standard on the circuit through instragam and snapchat.
“The last three-day bender I went on put a strain on me financially. Whilst I can’t remember much of it, I was told it was pretty ‘exy’.
“Here I am looking to secure $3 million for my upcoming trip to Las Vegas.”
Swan said the money would cover flights, accommodation, potential legal costs — and a few other unsavoury things.

Israel Folau gets $2 million
More than 20,000 people donated more than $2.2 million to help fund Folau's legal battle via a campaign page set up by the Australian Christian Lobby.
The ACL effort replaced an earlier campaign on GoFundMe that was taken down by the platform for breaching its service guidelines.
"Your overwhelming support means that Israel Folau has raised enough money for now," the ACL said.
"ACL, Izzy and everyone involved is humbled and grateful. We are hitting the pause button.
“But if the case drags on and Israel needs more support, we will reopen this campaign."
The ACL said the fundraiser not only showed there was support for Folau but a "great movement of quiet Australians have found their voice".
"This cannot be ignored."
Folau also thanked his supporters.
"I want to thank you all for your prayers and your support. You have made it possible for me to stand up for every Australian of faith," Folau said.
"I know we are strong enough to tolerate different views without firing people from their jobs for expressing religious beliefs that not everybody agrees with."
