Vipers skipper Curran then whacked an unbeaten 34 off just 15 balls as he Dan Lawrence, who finished 28 not out off 18, reached the target with 20 balls to spare.
Earlier, Jason Roy had provided the bulk of the Warriorz total of 162-7 after he clubbed a 56-ball 73.
David Payne finished with 2-28 with the ball for the Vipers while Nathan Sowter and Khuzaima Tanveer also snaffled two wickets apiece.
Vipers' victory in the Qualifier 2 match means they will face Dubai Capitals in Sunday's final (14:00 GMT).
"We have a very strong batting line-up so, if we can use our change-ups well, we have a good chance in the final," Hales said.
