76ers star Paul George had some unfortunate timing after the Philadelphia Eagles won the NFC championship and earned a Super Bowl berth.

The nine-time All-Star did not have an NBA game last night, so it was unclear where he was coming from or where he was going. Perhaps he somehow made a wrong turn and ended up on Broad Street.

Or maybe the 34-year-old simply wanted to see what the fuss was all about as his local fans are known for their raucous celebrations, and he wanted to observe it with his own two eyes as a witness so he could have something to talk about on his podcast.

No matter the reason, though, George did not look particularly thrilled to get stuck in this traffic.

Fortunately, he still at least gave some friendly waves to the fans. He also acknowledged that it was in fact the same guy who signed a four-year, $211 million deal with their NBA franchise this past offseason.
