GloRilla Embraces Monochrome Hues in Strapless Corset Dress for CMT Awards 2024 Red Carpet
GloRilla embraced the monochrome trend while attending the CMT Awards in Austin on Sunday.
The rapper opted for a white strapless corset gown with a thigh-high slit that she paired with stiletto gladiator sandals.

GloRilla wore her dark tresses in a side part with waves, while her makeup consisted of winged eyeliner and a glossy lip.
Last month, WWD chatted with GloRilla ahead of Tommy Hilfiger’s fall 2024 presentation in New York.
The rapper sat front row alongside Damson Idris, Sofia Richie Grainge and Kelly Rutherford at Grand Central’s iconic Oyster Bar. Earlier in the day, she released her newest single “Yeah Glo!” along with a new music video, directed by Troy Roscoe.
“It feels great, I love that everybody else likes it as much as I do,” she said of her latest venture.
GloRilla also discussed her personal history with Hilfiger’s label.
“I just love the whole brand. I’ve been loving it since I was a kid when I saw Aaliyah do it, and it feels great that I can find a home in fashion,” she said. Her look for the night was inspired by the late singer.
“You know I’m on my old-school Aaliyah vibe,” she said of her tied-up T-shirt and jeans, which were paired with a diamond necklace spelling out “hallelujah. “That’s my middle name,” she added.
The rapper clearly has an affinity for vintage streetwear — last May, WWD broke the news of GloRilla’s capsule collection in collaboration with PrettyLittleThing and Kappa.
“We had such an incredible time with the team shooting out in Joshua Tree and this collab felt so on-brand for me,” she told WWD at the time.
Black and white hues were trending throughout awards season after being spotted on the runways of Gucci, Chloé and Carven. Pared-down palettes were popular among attendees at shows like the Golden Globes and the Oscars, with stars including Jennifer Lawrence, Keri Russell and Carey Mulligan partaking in the fad.
