Giannina Gibelli Welcomes First Baby with Boyfriend Blake Horstmann: 'His First Breath Took Ours Away'

The reality stars welcomed their baby boy on Good Friday

Giannina Gibelli is a mom!

The Love Is Blind star, 30, welcomed her first baby with boyfriend Blake Horstmann, 34, the couple revealed on Instagram Tuesday in a joint post.

The couple welcomed son Heath Orion Horstmann on Friday, March 29, they shared.

"His first breath took ours away 💙 meet Heath Orion Horstmann born on Good Friday 3/29/24 🦋 everyone is home happy and healthy — his pregnancy and birth were a dream come true ☁️," the caption begins.

"Our lives are brighter, fuller, and forever better. thank you for all of the love and well wishes, Heath has so many people who love him 💫 we’re parents!"

In November, the couple shared with PEOPLE exclusively that they were expecting their first baby together. At the time, Gibelli expressed how much she loved being pregnant.

"Pregnancy has been a dream!" she told PEOPLE. "Zero to no sickness, I’ve been able to travel and all I want to eat is fruit."

"I genuinely love being pregnant. It’s made me step into my femininity and I never thought I would enjoy it this much," she continued, as Horstmann teased, "And I love her new boobs!"

At the time, the couple was excited for their next chapter together and "seeing each other as parents."

"We'd already hear, 'You're going to be such a good mom and dad,' I think because we both give off nurturing vibes," Gibelli noted. "Yet, there’s obviously still that feeling of 'Am I going to do it right?' No one gives you a manual and there is so much we don’t know, but we’re excited to do this together as a team."

"We communicate about everything and trust and believe in each other," she said, laughing as she added, "The only thing is Blake is going to feel left out when the baby and I are speaking in Spanish and he has no idea what we’re saying."

In February, the couple revealed that they were expecting a boy.

Gibelli and Horstmann revealed the sex of their first baby during an Amazon Live. Viewers who tuned in got to share their guesses before the big reveal was made.

"Little baby Blake!" Gibelli reacted.

"Little dude. A little dude," the dad-to-be shared, adding, "The Horstmann name lives on!”
