Teammates and medical staff rushed to help the Frenchman and turned him on his side as he lay on the turf and his leg shook.

Footage showed an ambulance rushing to the ground as teammates rushed to grab the stretcher for Dembele.

The former Celtic striker was able to regain consciousness and walk off the field.

He was later filmed driving himself to the hospital.

Spanish press reported the 24-year-old suffered a drop in blood pressure, but was doing well.

Dembele joined the La Liga leaders from Lyon on a 30 million Euro deal last January, but has only made two appearances.
